Hutchinson at Home is seeking a Domiciliary Care Assistant to support elderly clients in Antrim. The role focuses on enabling independence, social contact, and safe home-based care in the local community.

You will work with a caring team to deliver compassionate, personalised assistance. Successful candidates will have at least six months in a care setting, a manual driving licence, and excellent interpersonal skills to uphold privacy and dignity while helping clients maintain daily living

Qualifikationen

• Compassionate and caring disposition.
• At least six months experience working with patients within a Care Home Setting
• Full Clean Driving Licence (must have a manual driving lisence)
• Excellent interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Enthusiastic and Professional

Aufgaben

• Enable individuals to remain in the community and be supported safely in their own homes.
• Encourage service users' individuality and independence.
• Maintain relationships with neighbours and the local community to provide social contact.
• Assist other care workers and professionals to provide care.
• Act as the face of Hutchinson at Home and represent the company.
• Visit nominated service users as directed by management.
• Be vigilant for signs of distress or health deterioration and report urgently.
