Job summary

You will monitor residents' health, liaise with doctors and other professionals, maintain accurate records, attend training, and work as part of a supportive team across the Homes while ensuring dignity, confidentiality, and high standards of care.

• Monitor vital signs and progress and record information accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and dignity in all interactions.
• Work with other homes in the business to assist staffing levels as required.
• Liaise with doctors and external agencies regarding resident care.
• Mentor and support nursing students and junior staff.
