Job summary

Complete Homecare is seeking a Domiciliary Care Worker to provide in-home support across Northern Ireland. You will assist with personal care, meals, mobility, and daily living tasks to help clients maintain independence with dignity.

You will follow care plans, keep accurate records, and communicate with families and colleagues while ensuring health, safety and safeguarding at all times.

Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Support with mobility and use of aids.
• Assist with medication reminders per care plans.
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary requirements.
• Perform light domestic tasks and shopping.
• Promote social engagement and independence.
• Observe health changes and report to supervisors.
• Maintain infection control and safeguarding.
• Complete accurate care records and communicate with families and colleagues.
