Connected Health in Antrim is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support the delivery of high-quality, compassionate care and to uphold safe service standards. You will oversee care runs and monitor calls to ensure consistency across shifts.

The role includes supporting staff induction, shadowing new team members, providing on-call cover on weekends, and maintaining accurate client records. You will work with the Area Care Manager to conduct risk assessments and ensure policy adherence.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a formal care setting.
• NVQ Level 2 in Care or equivalent.
• NISCC registration or willingness to register.
• Full driving license and access to own insured vehicle for business purposes.
• Good communication skills in English.

Aufgaben

• Oversee care runs and monitor calls to ensure consistency.
• Support staff induction and shadowing of new staff.
• Provide on-call cover including weekends and during absence of Area Manager.
• Maintain client care records and complete monthly reviews.
• Carry out risk assessments and report concerns to Area Manager.
• Ensure PPE supply, confidentiality, and compliance with policies.
