Job summary

Clover Care Group in the United Kingdom is recruiting Complex Care Support Workers to join growing teams in Norwich and Great Yarmouth. Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans, risk assessments and clinical guidance.
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Support clients with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist with moving and handling using appropriate equipment and safe techniques.
• Administer or assist with medication in accordance with company policies and training.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or emotional wellbeing.
• Support clients with nutrition, hydration, meal preparation, and feeding where required.
• Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home environment.
• Accurately complete care records, medication records, and daily documentation.
• Promote independence, choice and social inclusion.
• Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Follow safeguarding, infection prevention, health and safety, confidentiality and company policies.
