Job summary

Clover Care Group is a leading care provider in Norwich, offering Complex Care Support Worker roles across multiple locations. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults with complex health needs in clients' homes, supporting independence and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and professional attitude.
• Good written and verbal English.
• Willingness to undertake mandatory and specialist clinical training.
• Ability to work across multiple care packages and locations within Norwich.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans, risk assessments, and clinical guidance.
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Support clients with daily living activities, including washing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Assist with moving and handling using appropriate equipment and safe techniques.
• Administer or assist with medication in accordance with company policies and training.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or emotional wellbeing.
• Support clients with nutrition, hydration, meal preparation, and feeding where required.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment.
• Accurately complete care records, medication records, and daily documentation.
• Promote independence, choice, and social inclusion.
• Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, therapists, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Follow safeguarding, infection prevention, health and safety, confidentiality, and company policies at all times.
