Clover Care Group is hiring a Complex Care Support Worker to join our Ipswich teams. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to adults with complex health needs in clients’ homes, across a 24-hour rota.

The role offers days, nights, weekends and bank holidays with enhanced pay and flexible patterns. We value compassionate, reliable, and dedicated individuals who can work independently within a multidisciplinary team and commit to ongoing specialist training.

Qualifications

• Caring, compassionate and professional attitude required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexible approach to working across multiple care packages and Ipswich locations.
• Good written and verbal English.
• Commitment to delivering safe, person-centred care.
• Willingness to undertake mandatory and specialist clinical training.

Responsabilités

• Deliver person-centred care in accordance with care plans and assessments.
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Support daily living activities (washing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Assist with moving and handling using safe techniques.
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ wellbeing.
• Assist with nutrition, hydration, and meal preparation.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and complete care records.
