Job summary

Clover Care Group in Berkhamsted is seeking experienced Complex Care Support Workers to join a 24-hour home care package, with day and night shifts and nurse-led team. You will follow care plans, support daily living, monitor symptoms and escalate concerns under supervision of a nurse, providing safe, compassionate, person-centred care to an individual at home.

Eligible candidates have complex care experience, confidence with invasive ventilation and tracheostomy care, and strong communication

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care.
• Calm and reassuring in a high-acuity environment.
• Confident with invasive ventilation and tracheostomy care.
• Able to recognise changes in an individual's condition and escalate concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour care within a nurse-led team.
• Follow detailed care plans and clinical protocols.
• Support personal care and daily activities with dignity and respect.
• Work alongside a nurse on shift and document care provided.
