Job summary

Clover Care Group is seeking an Experienced Complex Care Worker to join a dedicated team supporting a young adult in Norwich. You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily living, communication through signs and gestures, and work closely with family and the Clover Care clinical team.

The role requires calm, patient, and reliable professionals who can follow detailed care plans, administer medication, monitor wellbeing, and maintain a safe, structured environment.

Qualifications

• Previous professional complex-care experience is essential.
• Solid background in professional complex care and experience with autism and learning disabilities is preferred.
• Non-verbal communication experience and ability to respond to signs and gestures is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living support.
• Assist communication through signs, gestures and established methods.
• Follow structured daily routines and documentation.
• Support sensory regulation and reduce sensory overload.
• Assist with eating and drinking and medication administration per MAR chart.
• Monitor bowel health and assist with IBS/constipation.
• Support community and social activities.
• Maintain a calm, safe and predictable environment.
• Complete accurate care records and handovers.
• Work closely with family and Clover Care team.
