Guardian Homecare in Basildon is seeking caring Community Support Workers to visit clients in their own homes, following individual care plans and promoting independence with dignity. No prior care experience required; training provided.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for travelling between visits in the Basildon area. You’ll work pattern options including early and mid shifts (7:00-22:00, 7:00-14:00, 15:00-22:00), with mileage paid and a supportive team behind you.
