You’ll travel between clients with paid travel time, and work patterns include day and evening shifts to suit your life.

No formal care experience is required—the company provides full paid training, ongoing development, and a supportive environment to help you thrive in a real difference-making role.

Qualifications

• Full paid training provided.

Responsibilities

• Personal care: Assisting with washing, dressing, toileting and incontinence support.
• Medication support: Helping clients manage their prescriptions safely.
• Meal preparation: Assisting with cooking and nutrition.
• Practical tasks: Shopping and light housekeeping (laundry, tidying).
• Companionship: Providing emotional support and a friendly face.
• Care planning: Following personalised plans to promote dignity and independence.
