Guardian Homecare in Basildon is seeking a domiciliary care worker to support clients in their own homes, following individual care plans and providing personal care, companionship and practical assistance.

You will visit clients on agreed shifts (7:00-22:00, 7:00-14:00, 15:00-22:00) with travel between visits requiring a vehicle. Mileage is paid, training and DBS checks apply, and visa sponsorship is not offered.

• A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for travelling between client visits.

Responsabilidades

• Provide sensitive support with washing, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and continence care.
• Support walking, transfers and mobility aid usage following the care plan.
• Prepare meals reflecting preferences and dietary needs.
• Assist with medications as authorised and according to procedures.
• Help with shopping, light cleaning and laundry.
• Offer companionship and connect clients with friends and family.
• Observe wellbeing and report changes.
• Communicate with colleagues and healthcare professionals to maintain safety.
