Job summary

National Care Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist young adults with complex needs in Basildon and surrounding areas. You will help with daily tasks, personal care, and community activities, building meaningful relationships and supporting independence.

Role requires a full UK driving licence and flexibility for shifts including early, late, sleep-ins and weekends. Salary aligns with pay rate of £13.01/hour for full-time hours (up to 40 per week).

Responsibilities

• Build positive relationships with people by listening, discussing, and planning goals and ambitions.

• Assist with personal care, including support with eating and medication administration.
• Plan and participate in activities and days out as chosen by individuals.
• Support to become more independent wherever possible.
