Guardian Homecare’s Basildon - GH team is seeking a compassionate Community Support Worker to visit people in their own homes, support daily routines and help them stay independent with dignity.

No professional care experience is required; transferable skills from customer service are welcome. Training is provided, mileage is paid, and patterns include early, mid and late shifts across the week.

Qualifications

• No professional care experience required.
• Experience in customer service, retail or volunteering is helpful.
• Good listening and record-keeping skills.
• Availability to match working patterns.

Responsabilités

• Visit clients in their own homes to provide personal care and companionship.
• Assist with daily living tasks and maintain independence.
• Support with meals, mobility and medication reminders as trained.
• Keep accurate records and communicate concerns to the team.
