Leonard Cheshire is seeking a senior social care leader to drive improvement across services in England and Wales, covering South East/South West England. The role focuses on performance, quality and sustainability with regular UK travel to supported sites.
You will lead service improvement, manage budgets, and foster collaboration with commissioners and regulators while upholding Leonard Cheshire values and safeguarding standards.
Ideally based in the South East/South West England e.g. Bromley, Romsey, Banbury, Cheltenham, Bristol, Cornwall - regular travel to our services in these locations will be required
£55,597 per annum + Benefits

Covering South East/South West England however, travel may also include other regions across England dependent on the need within our Services.
With a proven track record of delivering service improvements and operational excellence within budget and across multiple sites, you'll have a strong understanding of social care regulations and policy, excellent stakeholder management, leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities.
