Job summary

Opus Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead software implementations for SaaS and enterprise clients from initiation to go-live. The role is hybrid in London, collaborating with customers, technical consultants and internal stakeholders to deliver on time and to scope.

You will govern projects, manage RAID and risks, chair governance meetings, and drive continuous improvement of methodologies and templates to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience managing customer-facing SaaS or enterprise software implementations.
• Strong governance, RAID management and executive stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience managing scope, resources, budgets and change control.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation with delivery momentum across competing demands.

The Opportunity

As the Implementation Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing software implementation projects from initiation through to go-live and closure. Working closely with customers, technical consultants and internal stakeholders, you will ensure projects are well governed, properly planned and delivered to agreed timelines and objectives.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys balancing project governance with relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Experience

• A minimum of five years' experience managing customer-facing SaaS or enterprise software implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in project governance, RAID management and executive-level stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Experience managing project scope, resource allocation, budgets and change control processes.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to maintain delivery momentum across competing demands.
• Ability to work flexibly across customer time zones relevant to your location.

Desirable Experience

• Experience working within a law firm, legal technology provider or professional services organisation serving legal clients.
• Knowledge of legal document management, records management, information governance or practice management solutions.
• A recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or similar), or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with international customers and distributed delivery teams.

Within your first 12 months

• Establish reliable project planning, governance and reporting processes across your portfolio.
• Reduce avoidable escalations through proactive risk identification and management.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with customers across assigned regions.
• Deliver projects with clear visibility of scope, progress and dependencies.
• Contribute meaningful improvements to implementation methodology, governance standards and delivery practices.
