Job summary

Jameson Legal is seeking an implementation project manager to join our London team on a permanent basis. You will manage implementation projects for UK and APAC customers in a customer-facing environment and contribute to continuous improvement of project methodologies.

You will coordinate resources, budgets and schedules, lead governance and closure, and build strong relationships with clients and consultants across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience working for a law firm or legal clients.
• Strong knowledge of legal document management and information governance.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Ability to juggle a busy workload and manage concurrent projects.
• Relevant project management qualification or demonstrable experience.

A successful, growing legal software consultancy in London has an opportunity for an implementation project manager (UK and APAC customers) to join on a permanent basis. The main purpose of this role is to manage implementation projects in a customer-facing environment and support continuous improvement of project methodologies.

Main duties:

• Managing project resources, schedules and budgets.
• Managing the full project lifecycle including planning, governance and closure.
• Coordinating stakeholders and technical consultants.
• Identifying risks, escalating early and maintaining customer confidence.
• Challenging unrealistic expectations and overseeing changes.
• Leading project meetings and providing status reporting.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with UK and APAC customers.

Skills and experience required:

• Experience working for a law firm or a business serving legal clients.
• Strong knowledge of legal document management and information governance.
• Excellent relationship building skills.
• Ability to juggle a busy workload and manage concurrent projects.
• Relevant project management qualification or demonstrable experience.
