Job summary

Salt is seeking a Contract IT Project Manager to lead SaaS implementation projects in London. The role is hands-on, customer-facing, and requires ownership from planning to go-live.

You will coordinate internal and client teams, manage risks, and deliver across multiple projects with strong stakeholder communication. This contract position runs 3 days onsite weekly with a 3-6 month horizon, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience delivering SaaS / software / technology implementations.
• Proven experience managing client-facing projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT and SaaS implementation projects.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced IT Project Manager / Implementation Project Manager to join a fast-growing SaaS organisation. The business is experiencing significant growth and has 10 new customer projects coming into the implementation team, alongside an existing team that is at capacity. They require an experienced Project Manager who can join quickly and take ownership of customer-facing technology implementation projects. This is a hands-on Project Management role and would suit someone with strong experience delivering SaaS, software, IT or technology implementations into external clients.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Experience

• 8+ years' Project Management experience
• Strong IT Project Management experience
• Experience delivering SaaS / software / technology implementations
• Proven experience managing client-facing projects
• Strong project planning and delivery experience
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and technical delivery teams
• Ability to work independently and take ownership quickly
• Hands-on, delivery-focused Project Manager rather than purely strategic/consultancy focused

Desirable Experience

Working Arrangement

The role requires 3 days per week onsite in Central London, with the office based on Dean Street. There may also be some travel to customer sites, with reasonable travel expenses covered.

Interview Process
