Job summary

iHasco is seeking an Implementation Manager to guide customers through onboarding and ensure they quickly realise value from our platform. You will run sessions, tailor setups, and be the main contact during implementation, coordinating with Sales, Support and Success teams.

You will build strong customer relationships, document progress, and identify blockers to enable smooth adoption, while delivering practical guidance and best practices in webinars and demos.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in customer onboarding, implementation, customer success, or account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident with Teams and product demos.
• Strong organisational skills with multi-client priority management.
• Empathy and patience guiding customers through new systems.
• Tech-savvy; quick to learn Salesforce or Planhat.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding sessions and training webinars for new customers.
• Host live webinars, providing guidance and best practices.
• Configure accounts and optimise setup for each customer.
• Act as primary contact during implementation, manage timelines.
• Identify and remove blockers to success - technical, process, or knowledge-based.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Customer Success to ensure a joined-up experience.
• Provide feedback to drive product usability improvements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Customer Care teams.
