Job summary

Kernel is seeking an Implementation Lead in London to bridge customer needs and technical execution in enterprise deals. You will translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions, ensuring proofs of concept are accurate and positioned for success.

Collaborating with Account Executives, Product and Engineering, you’ll address technical questions, troubleshoot challenges and shape solutions that deliver tangible value for clients.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of client-facing analytical or technical experience.
• Technical fluency with APIs and JavaScript.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives in late-stage cycles as the technical expert.
• Run and deliver high-quality POCs in a timely manner.
• Lead and own the full implementation cycle from kick-off to go-live.
• Architect, build and deploy bespoke AI agents using Kernel’s tooling.
• Act as a trusted advisor for your portfolio of clients.
• Provide feedback to the Product team to drive iteration.
