Job summary

Descrial seeks a Head of Engineering to lead our London and Bengaluru teams, shaping a scalable, enterprise-grade platform ahead of a major V2 launch. You will own architecture, data boundaries, and a security-first design while driving delivery across both locations.

In this role you will set engineering standards, recruit and mentor senior engineers, and partner with product management to align feasibility, sequencing, and cost for a high-stakes, AI-enabled platform in a regulated context.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of engineering teams across locations.
• Experience shaping multi-tenant enterprise platforms.
• Comfort with JVM and Python, and senior leadership focus.

Responsibilities

• Own platform end-to-end architecture and data boundaries.
• Lead London and Bengaluru teams to ship V2 with release criteria.
• Define technology roadmap and ensure security and compliance.
• Drive CI, automated tests, and incident response.
