Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a SaaS implementation professional to lead customer onboarding projects in Liverpool, ensuring smooth adoption of EcoOnline SaaS solutions. You will guide stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable configurations.

With 2–5 years in SaaS or related fields, you will manage multiple priorities, facilitate workshops, and drive projects from initiation to BAU while maintaining delivery quality and strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years’ experience within SaaS, software implementation, Professional Services, Customer Success, Business Analysis or consulting environments.
• Experience acting as a customer-facing point of contact during projects or onboarding engagements.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into software solutions.
• Strong understanding of the software implementation lifecycle.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Experience creating and maintaining functional specifications, implementation documentation or business requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
