Job summary

Jobtailor in London is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee delivery of software product initiatives across the full SDLC, ensuring milestones are met and release cycles are well-coordinated.

You will lead Agile ceremonies, align roadmaps with sprint deliverables, engage senior stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement within SaaS teams, including CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience.
• At least 5 years working directly with SDLC projects.
• Proven experience managing product development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong background as a Scrum Master in fast-paced SDLC environments.
• Deep understanding of release management and continuous delivery practices.
• Ability to engage and influence senior internal stakeholders with confidence.
• Strong organizational skills and a track record of delivering on time, within scope.
• Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
• FinTech or Wealth Management SDLC experience desirable but not essential.
• French speaking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of software product initiatives across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Enforce process discipline within internal product teams
• Ensure milestones, deliverables, and scope are met
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Coordinate release cycles, deployments, quality assurance, and post-release validation
• Align product roadmaps with sprint deliverables and track SaaS delivery milestones
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations
• Maintain delivery rigor while adapting Agile practices to the SaaS environment, including continuous delivery and CI/CD pipelines
• Identify risks, elevate issues, and drive mitigation strategies
• Provide structured progress reporting to senior stakeholders
• Foster accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within SaaS product teams
