Depaul UK is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Bishop Auckland Supported Accommodation Service and Tow Law Dispersed Supported Accommodation Service, guiding a team of Progression Coaches, Night Progression Coaches and Outreach Progression Coaches to deliver safe, person-centred support for young people aged 18 to 24.

You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding, service development and building strong partnerships with local agencies, ensuring high-quality housing management, risk

Qualifications

• Experience delivering safe services to young people at risk in accommodation and community settings.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and experience using risk assessments and support plans.
• Sound judgment when managing complex situations and balancing risk.
• Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• Effective collaborative working and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.
• A commitment to equality, diversity, health and safety, and treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Leading, supervising and developing staff to deliver high-quality support across accommodation and community-based services.
