Job summary

Coleg Cambria in Deeside is seeking a Work Based Learning Practitioner in Leadership & Management within Business Services. You will assess Levels 2–5 Leadership & Management, work with a caseload of learners and deliver underpinning knowledge sessions both 1:1 and in workshops.

Applicants should have a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent), a TAQA assessor qualification, and Level 2 English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above). Welsh language proficiency is welcomed and DBS checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) is required.
• TAQA assessor qualification is required.
• Level 2 English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above.

Responsibilities

• Assess Levels 2–5 Leadership & Management in line with Awarding organisation requirements.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and enrol learners in appropriate courses; provide coaching and learning opportunities.
• Monitor learner progress, give feedback, and guide portfolio evidence for assessment and QA.
