• Experience in care sector is beneficial.
• A full UK Driving Licence is ideal.
• Pre-existing knowledge of safeguarding and person-centred care welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting clients with daily activities, including household tasks, finances, meals, personal care and community outings.
• Promoting independence and positive encouragement.
• Supporting clients with their mental wellbeing.
• Working as part of a team to deliver person-centred care.
• Monitoring healthcare needs, including administering medication and temperature checks.
