Job summary

Forevermore Care Group is recruiting for a full-time Support Worker to assist our clients in Nantwich. Two shift options are available: days with sleep-in shifts or night shifts. The role offers full-time contracts with pay: £12.77 per hour (days) plus £50 sleep-in rate / £12.94 per hour (nights).

We are unable to offer sponsorship at this time. A thorough training and induction programme will be provided to ensure preparedness, with a focus on safeguarding, person-centred care and compassionate

  • A full UK Driving Licence is ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily activities including household tasks, finances, meals and personal care.
  • Promote independence and positive encouragement.
  • Support clients' mental wellbeing.
  • Work as part of a team to deliver person-centred care.
  • Monitor healthcare needs, including medication administration and temperature checks.

Job Description:

Forevermore care is a supported living provider for young adults and adults who have various complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and mental health needs. We are currently recruiting for a full-time, Support Worker, to support our client based based in Nantwich

We have two positions available- either days with sleep in shifts or night shifts.

Full-Time Contracts, £12.77ph (days) + £50 sleep in rate / £12.94ph (Nights)

Role requirements:
  • Assisting our clients with their daily activities, including household tasks, finances, meal preparation, personal care and going out into the community.
  • Promoting independency and positive encouragement.
  • Supporting our clients with their mental wellbeing.
  • Working as part of a team to deliver person-centred care.
  • Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication and temperature checks.

  • Experience working in the care sector is beneficial due to the support requirements.
  • A full UK Driving Licence is ideal
  • A thorough training & induction programme will be followed to ensure that you feel fully prepare to undertake your duties, however pre-existing knowledge on key areas such as safeguarding and person-centred care is always welcome!
