Job summary

Forevermore Care in Crewe is seeking a Service Lead to join our established team. You will manage a small team of support staff to ensure client care is delivered to a high standard, monitor client finances, and oversee monthly quality checks and rota planning.

We prefer candidates with senior care experience, a compassionate approach, and a passion for enabling individuals to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Qualifications

Forevermore Care is looking to recruit a new Service Lead to join our established team in the Crewe area. You will be joining a fantastic team of carers to support an person in their own supported-living home.

Shifts: This is a full-time position, day shifts with sleep ins.

Pay: £13.88 per hour + £50 per sleep in (approx. £35,000 per year)

As a service lead, you will be managing a small team of support staff and helping to ensure that the care delivery for the client is of a gold standard. Your key responsibilities will include monitoring client finances, completing monthly quality checks, managing your team rota and liaising with the client's professional support networks.

Experience in a senior/leadership position in the care sector is desirable, however we will consider individuals who have worked in the sector for a substantial period and are looking for the next step up.
