Job summary

Forevermore Care, based in Lymm, is recruiting a full-time Support Worker to assist clients with daily activities and to deliver person-centred care. The role covers a 42-hour contract on day shifts, with responsibilities including personal care, community outings and monitoring health needs.

The successful candidate will join a values-driven team, receive training certificates on completion, and benefit from a supportive management structure. A compassionate, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the care sector is beneficial.
  • A Full UK Driving Licence is ideal.
  • A thorough training and induction programme will be followed; safeguarding and person-centred care knowledge is welcome.

Forevermore care is a supported living provider for young adults and adults who have various complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities, challenging behaviour and mental health needs. We are currently recruiting for a full-time, Support Worker, to support our client based in Lymm.

This is a full-time position, 42 hour contract on day shifts.

£12.77 per hour (Approx. £27,889 per year)

Role requirements
  • Assisting our clients with their daily activities, including household tasks, finances, meal preparation, personal care and going out into the community.
  • Promoting independency and positive encouragement.
  • Supporting our clients with their mental wellbeing.
  • Working as part of a team to deliver person-centred care.
  • Supporting and monitoring their healthcare needs, including administering medication and temperature checks.

  • Experience working in the care sector is beneficial due to the support requirements.
  • A full UK Driving Licence is ideal
  • A thorough training & induction programme will be followed to ensure that you feel fully prepare to undertake your duties, however pre-existing knowledge on key areas such as safeguarding and person-centred care is always welcome!
