Job summary

Forevermore Care, based in Lymm, is recruiting a full-time Support Worker to assist clients with daily activities and to deliver person-centred care. The role covers a 42-hour contract on day shifts, with responsibilities including personal care, community outings and monitoring health needs.

The successful candidate will join a values-driven team, receive training certificates on completion, and benefit from a supportive management structure. A compassionate, team-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the care sector is beneficial.
• A Full UK Driving Licence is ideal.
• A thorough training and induction programme will be followed; safeguarding and person-centred care knowledge is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities including household tasks, finances, meal preparation, personal care and going out into the community.
• Promote independency and positive encouragement.
• Support clients' mental wellbeing.
• Work as part of a team to deliver person-centred care.
• Support and monitor healthcare needs, including administering medication and temperature checks.
