Qualifications

• Holds current CQC Registered Manager status, or is able to obtain registration.
• Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care, or is willing to work towards it.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for people we support.
• Shares our values of inclusion, dignity and empowerment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support teams to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
