Job summary

Shaftesbury North East is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to oversee the day-to-day quality and improvement of services supporting adults with disabilities. The role focuses on leading teams, embedding systems, and delivering person-centred care in partnership with stakeholders in the Gateshead region.

Candidates should have a Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification (or commitment to gain one) and an Enhanced DBS/Access NI check.

Qualifications

• Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of service delivery, quality and continuous improvement.
• Develop and embed effective systems and processes.
• Support, motivate and develop staff to deliver professional, flexible and personalised care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with governing bodies and partners.
• Contribute to service development and new business opportunities.
