Job summary

Shaftesbury North East is seeking a Service Delivery Lead to oversee the day-to-day quality and improvement of services supporting adults with disabilities. The role focuses on leading teams, embedding systems, and delivering person-centred care in partnership with stakeholders in the Gateshead region.

Candidates should have a Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification (or commitment to gain one) and an Enhanced DBS/Access NI check.
