Job summary

Moxie People in Cardiff is seeking a Project Manager / Service Manager for a fixed-term role to March 2027. You will lead a team delivering housing and support services to young people and vulnerable women, ensuring high-quality, person-centred delivery.

You will coordinate with funders, local authorities and partner agencies, manage daily service delivery, support staff, and uphold safeguarding standards; on-call rotation 1 in 5-6 weeks; DBS check required.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing or supervising support services, social care, or community-focused projects.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing staff.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities
