Job summary

Moxie People are supporting a Welsh housing provider by recruiting an experienced M&E Compliance & Project Delivery Surveyor for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role covers gas servicing, heating upgrades, electrical testing, and broader statutory compliance across occupied properties.

You will oversee contractor performance, ensure safety standards, and drive timely delivery of multiple M&E projects while keeping residents informed and working closely with Asset Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering domestic heating, gas servicing, electrical testing or compliance remedial programmes.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to write specifications, prepare tenders and manage contractors effectively.
• Good IT skills (Excel, databases, MS Office) and confidence analysing reports.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Delivering multiple M&E compliance and capital projects from pre‑contract through to completion.
• Managing cyclical compliance programmes and ensuring statutory KPIs and landlord obligations are achieved.
• Carrying out detailed site inspections and verifying works against technical standards.
