Job summary

FitzRoy is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee a cluster that includes one residential service and three supported living services in Teddington. You will lead a team with two Deputy Managers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities and autism.

You will register with CQC and play a key role in developing relationships with the people we support and their families, while ensuring a sustainable, compliant service that transforms lives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Care Manager within Registered Care, Day Services, or Supported Living.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism is desirable.
• Commitment to person-centred care and empowering individuals.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cluster of one residential service and three supported living services in Teddington.
• Lead, empower and develop the team with two deputies to deliver a quality, person-centred service.
• Build strong relationships with residents, families and staff to ensure trust and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards, including CQC requirements.
