Job summary

CrossReach is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead The Bungalow, delivering high-quality support for individuals with complex needs in Scotland. You will manage day-to-day operations, support your team, and foster an environment where people feel valued and empowered to reach their goals.

The role requires strong leadership, experience in social care management, and a commitment to CrossReach's Christian ethos.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 4 in Social Care or equivalent.
• Management qualification or working towards one in line with SSSC requirements.
• Registered with SSSC or meet requirements, and PVG Scheme member.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the team in a supportive environment.
• Oversee day-to-day management of the service ensuring high-quality support.
• Collaborate with individuals, families and professionals to reflect needs and aspirations.
• Manage staffing, supervision and professional development.
• Take responsibility for budgets, resources and operational planning.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
