CrossReach Trading Ltd. is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead The Bungalow and ensure high-quality support for people with individual needs across Scotland.

You will oversee day-to-day service operations, develop your team, manage budgets, and build strong relationships with families, professionals and external agencies while upholding CrossReach's values and Christian ethos. This role requires SVQ Level 4 in Social Care, a management qualification (or working towards one), PVG

Qualifications

• Must have SVQ Level 4 in Social Care or equivalent.
• Management qualification or working towards one in line with SSSC requirements.
• Registered with the SSSC or eligible for registration; PVG scheme relevant checks required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop your team and create a supportive working environment.
• Oversee day-to-day management of the service, ensuring safe, effective and high-quality support.
• Work with individuals, families and professionals to reflect needs, choices and aspirations.
• Manage staffing, recruiting, supervising and professional development.
• Take responsibility for budgets, resources and operational planning.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
• Build relationships with external agencies and partners.
• Promote open communication and CrossReach's Christian ethos.
