Job summary

SENse Learning is seeking Specialist Teachers to deliver one-to-one support for SEND learners, in their homes, online, or in the community. Roles span SEND Tutor, Intervention Tutor, and Specialist Teacher, with ongoing interviews as applications come in.

We offer flexible hours, in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching opportunities, and a supportive team focused on safeguarding and positive outcomes. Applicants should be UK-based with QTS/QTLS and DBS in process.

Qualifications

• 2+ years post-NQT teaching with SEND/SEMH experience.
• QTS / QTLS required.
• Holistic, child-centred, trauma-informed approach.
• Enhanced DBS and two references.
• UK-based with right to work.
• Safeguarding knowledge and safe learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with children with SEND/SEMH across KS1–KS5.
• Provide in-person, online, and hybrid support.
• Plan and report lessons with progress feedback.
• Ensure safeguarding and safe learning environments.
