Job summary

Targeted Provision is recruiting SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to deliver Maths, English or Science tuition in person, online, or hybrid formats. The role focuses on supporting disengaged and vulnerable learners with SEMH/SEND needs in local communities.

The position requires 2+ years of teaching experience and a valid teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS), with enhanced DBS and references. Remote/online work is possible through flexible arrangements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) required
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references
• UK-based with the right to work, even for remote/online roles

Responsibilities

• Provide in person, online / remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to children and young people with SEND/SEMH needs
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools with trauma-informed tutoring
• Contribute to raising standards of education for SEND and SEMH learners
