Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to work with Schools and Local Authorities, delivering Maths, English or Science tutoring to children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs. Roles offer flexible in-person, hybrid, or remote teaching options.

Applicants should have 2+ years of teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, and an Enhanced DBS. This self-employed position provides competitive pay (£28–£35 per hour) and access to CPD and mentoring support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching English, Maths, and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• UK-based and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide Maths, English or Science tutoring in person, online or hybrid.
• Plan and report on lessons and provide regular feedback on progress.
• Deliver trauma-informed, flexible tutoring to SEND and SEMH needs.
• Support pupils from KS1–KS5 as appropriate for your skills.
