Job summary

Targeted Provision in the United Kingdom is recruiting Core Subject SEND Tutors and Teachers (Maths, English or Science) to transform the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners with SEMH and SEND needs. Roles offer flexible, trauma-informed tutoring across in-person, hybrid, and remote settings.

You will work with local authorities and schools, have 2+ years teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, Enhanced DBS, and references. Self-employed engagements, with competitive pay and CPD support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD.
• Eligible to work in the UK with right to work.
• Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate) and 2+ professional references.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English or Science tuition to SEND/SEMH learners.
• Plan and report lessons; give regular progress feedback.
• Contribute to raising education standards for young people with SEND across local authorities and schools.
