Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to support disengaged and vulnerable learners in the UK. Roles cover Core Subjects (Maths, English, Science) with SEMH/SEND needs, available in-person, online or hybrid formats.

You will work flexibly, with CPD support, DBS facilitation, and a mission-driven team focused on safe, trauma-informed tutoring for children and young people.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of teaching experience with SEND/SEMH.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) required.
• Enhanced DBS and two professional references.
• Based in the UK with right to work.
• Experience with trauma-informed approaches.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Maths, English or Science tutoring in-person, online or hybrid for KS1–KS5 learners with SEND/SEMH needs.
• Plan and report lessons; provide regular feedback on progress.
• Create a safe, trauma-informed learning environment and monitor student wellbeing.
• Collaborate with local authorities and schools to support learners.
