Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to transform the lives of disengaged and vulnerable learners. Roles include Maths, English, or Science tuition with trauma-informed approaches, across in-person, hybrid, and remote formats.

Required are 2+ years of teaching, familiarity with SEND/SEMH needs, and QTS/QTLS. This self-employed role offers flexible hours and a child-centered ethos for impactful community work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PMLD in a trauma-informed setting.
• Familiarity teaching Maths, English and/or Science.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) required or in-equivalency recognition.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tuition to children and young people with SEND/SEMH.
• Plan and report lessons and give regular feedback on progress.
• Support pupils referred by local authorities and schools with flexible tutoring.
