Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers in the UK to support young people with SEND and SEMH needs. Roles include Maths, English or Science tutoring delivered in person, online or hybrid, with flexible hours and a self-employed basis.

We welcome experienced tutors from diverse backgrounds. The organization emphasizes trauma-informed practice, safeguarding, and working with local authorities and schools to raise educational outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience with SEND/SEMH support
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) is required
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references available on request

Responsibilities

• Provide Maths, English, or Science tutoring in person, online, or hybrid
• Support pupils from KS1 to KS5 with trauma-informed approaches
• Plan lessons and report progress to local authorities or schools
• Deliver flexible tutoring to SEND and SEMH students
