Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to support disengaged and vulnerable learners with SEMH and SEND needs in Maths, English or Science across the UK. This role is offered on a self-employed basis with flexible hours and a mix of in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS).
• Enhanced DBS clearance (we can facilitate).
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online / remote, and hybrid Maths, English, or Science tuition to learners with SEMH and SEND needs.
• Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Adopt trauma-informed approaches and tailor teaching to individual needs.
• Collaborate with local authorities and schools to support referrals.
