Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking Core Subject SEND Tutors and Teachers to support young people with SEND and SEMH needs. Roles are self-employed, with opportunities across in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching in the UK.

We welcome applicants with 2+ years of teaching experience and QTS/QTLS, offering competitive pay (£28-£35 per hour) and flexible hours to fit your schedule. DBS can be arranged if needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH in a trauma-informed setting.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS) is required.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references.
• UK-based with right to work in the UK, including for remote work.
• Experience with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Maths, English, or Science tuition to SEND/SEMH learners in person, online, or hybrid.
• Plan lessons and report progress on student outcomes.
• Deliver trauma-informed, flexible tutoring tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with local authorities and schools to support pupils.
