Job summary

Targeted Provision Ltd is recruiting SEND Tutors and Teachers across the UK to deliver Maths, English or Science tuition for learners with SEND/SEMH needs. Roles include in-person, online/remote, and hybrid teaching with flexible hours to suit your schedule.

Applicants should have QTS/QTLS, 2+ years of teaching experience, and an Enhanced DBS or ability to obtain one. Opportunities involve self-employed engagement and collaboration with local authorities and schools.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, or PMLD in a trauma-informed setting
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
• Enhanced DBS check and 2+ professional references
• UK-based with the right to work in the UK (even for remote roles)
• Safeguarding knowledge and ability to create a safe learning environment

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid Maths, English or Science tuition to children and young people with SEMH/SEND needs
• Plan lessons and regularly report progress with feedback to pupils and schools
• Collaborate with local authorities and schools to arrange tutoring opportunities
• Maintain safeguarding standards and a safe learning environment
