Job summary

Targeted Provision is seeking SEND Tutors and Teachers to transform the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs in your community. Roles include in-person, hybrid, and remote teaching opportunities, with applications progressing as they come in.

Applicants should have 2+ years of teaching experience, QTS/QTLS, enhanced DBS, and be based in the UK with right to work. We offer competitive pay (£28–£35 per hour), CPD mentoring, and a supportive SEND team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years teaching experience, ideally with SEND/SEMH/MLD/SLD/PLMD in a trauma-informed approach
• Familiarity teaching English, Maths and/or Science
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS) required
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person, online/remote, and hybrid tuition in Maths, English or Science to SEND/SEMH learners (KS1–KS5)
• Plan and report lessons with regular feedback on progress
• Support a safe learning environment with safeguarding best practices
• Collaborate with local authorities and schools to deliver flexible tutoring
