TimePlan Education is seeking a Behaviour Mentor for a specialist secondary school in Rochdale. Immediate start with a daily rate of 95–105, full-time term-time role, offering long-term stability and a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with ASC, ADHD and SEMH needs.

You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, foster emotional regulation, and work closely with teachers and SEN professionals to create a calm, inclusive classroom environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in SEN, SEMH, behaviour support or education.
• Patient, consistent and resilient under pressure.
• Strong communicator able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
• Training in de-escalation or Team Teach is desirable.
• Flexible, proactive and committed to improving pupil outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1:1, small-group and classroom support to pupils.
• Help pupils manage emotions and develop positive behaviours.
• Establish routines and a safe, structured learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, pastoral teams and SEN professionals.
